Our Mission We are committed to glorifying Christ in our neighborhood through a balanced approach of worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry and outreach opportunities for our members. View our statement of faith.
Worship We were created for God's pleasure. Bringing pleasure to God is called worship. The Bible says "the Lord's delight is in those who fear him, those who put their hoep in his unfailing love (NLT)." Therefore, we strive to create an environment in our worship services where you can focus on our creator, Jesus Christ. We have two worship services on Sunday. The first is our Morning Worship Service. This service focuses on singing hymns and praise songs, prayer, scripture reading, special music, and teaching. Communion is served once a month. Our evening service is more informal and allows for more interactive participation and involvement as well as an extended teaching time.
	Fellowship We were created to be a family. Biblical fellowship is being committted to each other as we are to Jesus Christ. We encourage our members to establish relationships with other members through participation insmall groups and all-church events. Through fellowship we hope to help you face life's problems.
Discipleship We were created to become like Christ. Christlikeness is all about transforming our character, not our personality. This is a continual process, accomplished through the work of the Holy Spirit. We are here to provide opportunities for you to grow. A full range of Bible studies are provided in both the Sunday school environment or in small groups that meet in your homes. We are here also to provide personal encouragement and mentoring.
	Ministry We were created to serve God. The Bible says "... we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. (NLT)" These good things are our service to believers. We are here to provide opportunities for you to serve in which you can exercise your spiritual muscle. There are many places where you can use your abilities, interests, talents, gifts, personality and life experiences for God's glory.
Outreach We were made for a mission. God wants us to have both a ministry in the Body of Christ and a mission in the world. Unlike your ministry, your mission is your service to unbelievers. Our support for outreach reaches into two areas of the world, within the United States' borders (Evangelism) and in the foreign world (Missions). Currently we support ten missionaries and evangelists, one of which is pictured at right.
